Transesterification is the heart of the biodiesel process and it requires efficient separation of glycerine from biodiesel. The BD range provides this through five models with different capacities, delivering low product loss and reduced energy and utility use.
Each BD centrifuge includes a control unit, flameproof motor, process connections, auxiliary equipment, spare parts, and tools. The separator features a frame with a horizontal drive shaft, worm gear, oil bath, and vertical bowl spindle. The stainless steel bowl is a solids ejecting disc type with an automatic hydraulic system for shooting.
